AI Engineer – Applied AI & ML

We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a leading organization and contribute to the development of intelligent, production-ready solutions based on state-of-the-art AI models.

Role Summary:

This is a hands-on position focused on building and deploying AI/ML systems for real business needs—ranging from document analysis and chat-based assistants to anomaly detection and smart automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models on both structured and unstructured data
• Build tools such as summarizers, anomaly detectors, and chat-based assistants
• Integrate solutions with SQL databases, APIs, and internal platforms
• Fine-tune GPT-based models (including prompt engineering and RAG pipelines)
• Drive AI innovation through PoC and production-level projects

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML
• Proficient in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, LangChain)
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or HuggingFace APIs
• Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, Docker
• Advantage: experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, OCR tools
