Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

This position requires relocation to the United States; relocation support and work visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Priority ERP Project Manager for our US Market to lead the implementation, upgrade, or optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning systems. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of ERP projects, aligning them with strategic business goals while managing timelines, budgets, and internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end ERP project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and set objectives.
• Manage internal resources and external consultants to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee ERP system implementation or migration, ensuring alignment with business processes, best practices, and compliance standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, including post-implementation support and training.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership, the customer and relevant stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and change management initiatives as part of ERP transformation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experienced in working in an English-speaking environment, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing and implementing Priority ERP projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and/or finance processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with U.S. business operations or ERP implementations in the U.S. market.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GAAP).
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
• Ability to manage cultural transitions and collaborate in diverse, global teams.
