BI Analyst

We're looking for our first BI Developer & Analyst to join our new data team at an exciting startup, a fully-owned subsidiary of Papaya. Our product is a competitive social network featuring gaming challenges, aimed at the young and dynamic TikTok generation.

this is an opportunity to Build Data Infrastructure from Scratch in an Innovative Startup!

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ETL processes, build new data infrastructures from scratch.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions.
• Conduct deep analytical studies, including A/B testing, extracting actionable insights, and identifying business opportunities.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive business strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data used in BI and analytics processes.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and optimization through data analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to understand business needs, define essential product metrics and KPIs, and deliver strategic, data-driven solutions.
  
  

• 3+ years of proven experience as a BI Developer/Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with building ETL processes.
• Strong skills in developing dashboards (experience with Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools is a plus).
• Practical experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Sharp analytical thinking and an independent, creative approach.Highly self-motivated, proactive, and eager to significantly contribute to a new, growing team.
