A global company located in Be’er Sheva is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our core technology team.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and lifecycle management of software and technology products, from concept to launch.

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market needs, internal stakeholders, and business goals.

Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Collaborate closely with development, UX/UI, marketing, and customer-facing teams – both locally and globally.

Manage cross-functional interfaces across technology, innovation, operations, and data teams.

Oversee product launches, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Stay updated with market trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into the development process.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in technical product management – must.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field – must. Master's degree – advantage.

Experience with complex systems (B2B/B2C), enterprise software, or industrial systems – strong advantage.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies – advantage.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a global organizational environment.

High proficiency in English – spoken and written.
