Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and ambitious Marketing Manager to join #seemore data. This is a project-driven, execution-first role, perfect for someone who wants to grow their career inside a fast-moving marketing department, own initiatives end to end, and make a real impact from day one.

You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and work across campaigns, content, events, website, and marketing operations. This role is for someone who moves mountains, gets sh**it done, and thrives in a high-ownership environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a modern marketing stack, learn by doing, and grow into a senior marketing role as the company scales.

Main Responsibilities

🔹Email Marketing: Plan and run campaigns in HubSpot with smart segmentation and performance tracking.

🔹Website: Manage and update our WordPress site, including blogs, landing pages, and resources.

🔹Social & Content: Publish and distribute content across LinkedIn, Medium, Reddit, and G2.

🔹Events: Coordinate webinars and sponsored events, handling logistics, tech setup, and follow-up.

🔹Marketing Ops: Connect tools to support ABM, track attribution, and improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

💫 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

💫 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing, and know your way around HubSpot, WordPress, and social platforms like LinkedIn and G2.

💫 You're hands-on with campaign execution, content publishing, and event/webinar logistics.

💫 You’re comfortable connecting tools, tracking performance, and supporting ABM efforts.

💫 You communicate clearly in English and bring a curious, can-do attitude to every project.

💫 Most of all, you’re eager to learn, grow, and make things happen.
