HW development projects manager -Mechanical Engineer

A Global, innovative company is seeking a HW development projects manager (Mechanical Engineer) with

Proficiency in HW development methodology; milestones, reviews, etc… ,

in Roadmap, managing project’s scope and timeline, tracking key milestones, manage KPI’s. dependencies.

Responsible to meet tight schedules and meet milestones.

The job includes:

• Analyze, plan and develop marketing requirements.
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine pro.
• Takes part in product development throughout the product life cycle.
• Responsible for aspects of mechanical development of the current and future company products.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities, action items, integration points, cross and within teams.
• Proficiency in managing external sub-contractors for development and production.
• Responsible for transferring to production of the company products
• Participating in mechanical aspects of the V&V, CE and FDA submission, including protocol writing, testing, test reports, etc.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from known institution.

• 3+ years of experience in leading mechanical design of multidisciplinary electro-mechanical systems.

• Knowledge in SolidWorks or other CAD SW.

• Design for manufacturing. Familiar with production technologies: machining, sheet metal, plastic injection molding etc…

• Independent work capability, time and tasks managing, high interpersonal and communication skills

• Hands-on approach to electro-mechanical assembly. Hands-on approach to assembly and testing of own alpha units.

• Language skills (Verbal and read/write)- Hebrew and English required

• System engineering background - Advantage.

• Previous experience as electro-mechanical design engineer - Advantage,

• Experience in medical device industry - Advantage.

• Familiar with dynamic/ motion mechanisms design - Advantage.

• Design of complex and miniature mechanisms - Advantage.

• Industrial machines design - Advantage.
