Job Description
The Senior Travel Consultant position, based in Nawi Saadi travel flydubai Airline GSA office Kabul, Afghanistan, is a full-time, on-site role responsible for comprehensive travel management. Primary responsibilities include delivering expert travel consultations, crafting customized itineraries, and guaranteeing superior customer service. Additional duties encompass managing reservations, actively pursuing new clientele, generating leads within the corporate market, and possessing a deep understanding of client travel needs.
Key Responsibilities
I. Customer Interaction & Management
- Handling diverse clientele (individual customers & corporate clients).
- Addressing travel-related requests, modifications, and cancellations.
- Delivering complete details on flights, accommodations, visas, Travel insurance, and travel regulations. B. Maintaining booking accuracy and exemplary customer service.
- Liaising with internal teams.
- Ensuring cohesive and positive customer journey.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: University Degree (Mandatory)
- Experience: 3-5 Years (Travel Industry)
- GDS Platforms: Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo (Required)
- B2B Portals: Strong Working Knowledge (Required)
- Languages: Dari, Pashto, English (Fluent)
- Additional Languages: Advantageous
