Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project coordinator to oversee and coordinate our project with the clients under the guidance of the project management team. the project coordinator will be responsible for reviewing the bidding documents and contracts and also to communicate and follow-up the project documents with DABS.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and submission the invoices as per contracts and make sure that all supporting documents are provided.
- Cross-check the invoices with contracts, QC report and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with the relevant department and make sure that documents is/are signed and processed.
- Prepare a comprehensive tracking sheet, with mandatory details, for recording each invoice, BGs and retention.
- Notify management team ahead of contracts expiration date.
- Provide and share updated status of invoices, BGs and retentions of each project with the main office.
- Record signed copy of each invoice in the relevant share drive created for the respective project.
- Provide technical solutions and resolve issues arising during the project with the relevant departments.
- Perform other financial related tasks that may assign by the project team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or administration.
At least 3 years of relevant experiences in finance, accounting, administration or a related role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fluency in spoken Dari and Pashtu is required; knowledge of English languages is a plus
