We are looking for a Project Manager to lead classified development projects that play a crucial role in shaping the future of defense technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of multiple classified technological projects
• Defining work plans, managing schedules and budgets
• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients, including on-site meetings
• Matrix management of development teams, including task planning and timeline tracking
• Preparing and delivering presentations to current and prospective clients
• Collaborating closely with the Pre-Sale team
• Participating in employee recruitment processes

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale software development projects
• Background in software development – an advantage
• Familiarity with Big Data systems and data retrieval systems – an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to lead teams and engage with technological stakeholders
