Big Data Developer

A startup company is looking for a dedicated Senior Big Data Developer who will join the R&D team and take a dominant role in the Backend team .

As a Big Data Developer, you will:

• Build our state-of-the-art machine and deep learning intelligence engine, retrieving insights from structured and unstructured data utilizing graph, NLP, Anomaly detection and other deep learning algorithms.
• Work on complex services and data flows with cutting edge technologies such as Spark, K8, Object store.
• Performing peer reviews and participating in technical discussions both at the team level and engineering level
• Analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of various backend system components.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Experience in designing and developing large distributed system and microservices architecture.
• 7+ years Hands-on experience in Scala or other high-level languages.
• 7+ years Hands-on experience working with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, flink
• Experience in databases - Elasticsearch, Cassandra, ClickHouse, Postgres or equivalent
• Highly self-motivated – a problem solver, with a “get-things-done” approach.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
