Research Development Team Lead

As the R&D Team Lead, you will be part of a highly talented and motivated

development engineers responsible for high-scale production systems. This role

involves leading a team of skilled engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality

navigation solutions at scale, and contributing to the continuous improvement of

the compny development processes.

Requirements:

● At least 2 years of proven experience leading software development

teams.

● At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience.

● Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

● Proven experience building and operating large-scale distributed

systems in the cloud. Leveraging microservices, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub

solutions, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, etc.

● Full stack development background, specifically Node.js (Nest.js) and

React.

● Knowledge of database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

● Excellence in system architecture and API design

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
