Part-Time Legal Counsel – Commercial & Privacy

Location: Remote / Hybrid 

Commitment: Part-time

Experience: 2-3 years PQE | Israel-qualified

We’re hiring a part-time Legal Counsel to support our growing legal practice working with fast-paced tech clients in SaaS, ad tech, and digital products.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (SaaS, DPAs, NDAs, etc.)
• Advise on data protection and privacy compliance (including GDPR)
• Support internal legal tools, templates, and guidance notes

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years PQE, with experience in commercial or tech-focused legal work
• Licensed to practice in Israel
• Solid drafting skills, strong English, and commercial mindset
• Interest in privacy, SaaS, and emerging tech
• Independent, detail-oriented, and client-friendly
