IT and Cybersecurity Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced IT & Security professional to manage and secure our internal systems across macOS and Windows environments. This role combines hands-on IT support with a strong focus on cybersecurity, ensuring our team operates smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT infrastructure: devices, networks, cloud services.
• Provide daily tech support and manage device onboarding/offboarding.
• Implement and oversee security policies, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
• Monitor systems for threats, conduct audits, and manage incident response.
• Administer SaaS tools, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and recommend new technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years in IT/system administration with cybersecurity responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS) and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python) preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+, ACSP) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
