As our products and systems grow in complexity and scale, we’re looking for a Product Quality Analyst to ensure our product experiences are consistent, accurate, and aligned with what was planned- from specification to production.

Role Overview

The Product Quality Analyst is a critical part of the product team. You will be responsible for reviewing product requirement documents (PRDs), testing implementations in staging and production environments, and ensuring our content, flows, and business logic meet expectations.

You won’t be writing code or performing traditional QA- your focus is on validating the product experience itself: Is it built as designed? Is the user flow clear and logical? Is the right content showing up in the right place?

What You’ll Do

· Review product specs (PRDs) and translate them into validation tasks

· Validate implementation of features across staging and production environments

· Ensure consistency between content, logic, and expected behavior

· Identify and document mismatches or issues- from missing text to incorrect user flows

· Work closely with Product Managers, QA, Developers, and Content Teams

· Help maintain a high-quality standard across both B2C and B2B product lines

· Think like a user: anticipate confusion, edge cases, and misalignments

What You Bring

· 2+ years of experience in QA, product operations, product QA, content QA, or a similar role.

· Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

· Ability to understand end-to-end flows and system integrations

· Excellent communication skills and team mindset

· Experience with platforms like Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar tools

· Familiarity with assessment, HR tech, or job readiness products — a plus

· Fluent level in English. Fluent level in Hebrew- a plus
