We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Team Leader, IT Infrastructure to join our Information Systems department. This is a key leadership role at the heart of our organization, offering a unique opportunity to drive technological advancements and manage critical infrastructure operations.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's infrastructure strategy and architecture.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of our IT infrastructure and user support services.
• Drive complex technological projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals across various domains including system administration, networking, information security, and cloud technologies.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience leading teams of IT specialists (System, Networking, Cloud, Information Security).
• A strong hands-on background in technological roles is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in managing and leading complex technological projects.
• Relevant professional certifications or an academic degree are a plus.
• Experience with technologies such as: VMware, NetApp, Cisco, Checkpoint, AWS, AD / Entra, SAP.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and drive complex processes.
