ERP Financial Implementer

We’re Hiring – ERP Financial Consultant | Matrix

Matrix is seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Financial Consultant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects and grow into a managerial path with a focus on the Tafnit ERP system.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle ERP projects: from analyzing requirements to deployment.
• Map and improve financial workflows and business processes.
• Write functional specs and collaborate closely with developers.
• Conduct system testing, deliver end-user training, and oversee go-lives.
• Understand database structures and interface development.

What We’re Looking For:

• ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent financial discipline – mandatory.
• ✔️ 4+ years of hands-on experience in ERP financial implementation (design, configuration, deployment).
• ✔️ Experience with Tafnit ERP – strong advantage.
• ✔️ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

📍 Full-time position

📍 Based in Kfar Saba, with travel to clients across Israel
