Salesforce Administrator/Implementer
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Salesforce Administrator/Implementer to join our team. This is a critical role where you'll be instrumental in optimizing our CRM system and providing essential support to our users.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to CRM system users throughout the entire system lifecycle.
- Manage our organizational CRM applications, specifically the Novidea platform built on Salesforce technology. This includes understanding solutions, performing integration testing, defining business requirements, and supporting the successful launch of new processes.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable solutions, collaborating closely with development and implementation teams.
- Design, create, and maintain Flows and Lightning Components to automate business processes, streamline user operations, and enhance overall system performance.
- Efficiently manage tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related technological field is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator/Implementer role is required.
- Proven experience working with the Agile methodology.
- Familiarity with other CRM systems is a plus.
- A broad technological understanding and the ability to quickly learn and master new tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and external partners.
- The ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus.
