IT Infrastructure Team Leader - Global Company

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead the IT infrastructure team within our IT department.

Responsibilities

• Manage an infrastructure team consisting of 4 professionals in the areas of System, Network, Storage, and DBA.
• Design architecture, define standards and procedures, perform upgrades, and implement advanced technologies.
• Hands-on work in all areas: network, physical and virtual servers maintenance, storage, and database management.
• Lead the information security domain together with the appointed CISO by providing recommendations to management, defining and implementing policies and solutions.
• Manage projects to implement new tools and systems, from initiation, evaluation, and specification through vendor agreements to implementation.
• Plan and manage the IT infrastructure budget, including negotiations and procurement with suppliers.
• Responsible for the local infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, and the support for company sites in Israel and abroad.
• Report directly to the CIO and collaborate with the service desk and applications managers.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 5 years in direct management of a technical team.
• Experience working in medium to large organizations with over 200 users.
• Proficiency in VMware and Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, GPO, 365, and Azure AD.
• Experience with communication, network and monitor systems, such as PRTG, Firewall and WAF.
• Experience in defining policies and implementing security solutions such as MDM and EDR.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Willingness to be available as needed, including outside regular working hours.
• High-level English proficiency.
