We're seeking a Software Systems Engineer to join our large organization in Center Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage software systems engineering processes for multidisciplinary projects
-Oversee and implement Agile methodologies, including managing workflows and tasks
-Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs
-Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
-Drive system integration, validation and troubleshooting to meet project goals
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in software systems engineering or project management in multidisciplinary environments
- Experience in writing software specification documents
- Experience with Agile methodologies, familiarity with Jira - an advantage
- Background in medical device or healthcare technology domains
- Relevant academic degree in engineering, computer science or a related field
