Operational Finance Manager-Supply Chain

Position Level: Member of the Finance Leadership Team and the Supply Chain Leadership Team

Direct Reports: Leads a team of Finance Business Partners

As a key member of both the Finance and Supply Chain Leadership Teams, you'll lead strategic financial initiatives, drive performance, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape the future of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify needs and lead strategic initiatives to improve performance in Materials and Controllable Costs (Manufacturing, Logistics, SC Indirect, Business Waste).
• Develop and drive key actions to improve net cost impact – Inflation Management, Savings.
• Provide timely financial insights to support business decision-making and brand investment.
• Performance Management – analyze actuals and forecasts, highlight gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Month-End Closure – Actuals and Forecast analysis, Cluster reporting decks.
• Strategic planning and implementation to support growth and SC targets.
• CAPEX management supported by DCF and ROI analysis.
• Build and monitor annual and ongoing budgets.
• Ensure accountability for OTIF (On Time in Full) delivery.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in finance, operations, and business partnering roles.
• Relevant experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) companies- A must.
• Experience managing large and cross-functional stakeholder groups- Advantage.
• Proven managerial experience with large-scale responsibilities.
• Recent experience in SC operational roles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Professional finance qualification.
