R&D Food Lab Technologist

We’re looking for a hands-on Food Lab Technologist to support our R&D efforts through lab experiments, testing, and process optimization. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and love working in a lab environment, this one’s for you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lab experiments on food and side-stream processes
• Perform analytical tests and document results
• Support scale-up with the R&D Engineer
• Manage lab operations (inventory, raw materials, equipment maintenance)
• Coordinate external testing with third-party labs
• Ensure product meet defined product specs
• Contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• 1–2 years of lab experience
• Familiarity with lab equipment and analytical methods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and teamwork skills
