Senior IT Manager

CloudZone is a leading cloud services provider, delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions and managed services to businesses worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to take ownership of our IT department, lead a team of professionals, and ensure the seamless delivery of IT services while driving the company's information security strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT department, including infrastructure, systems, and information security.
• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to identify business needs and translate them into IT solutions.
• Oversee IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
• Maintain and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead information security initiatives, including risk assessments, compliance, and incident management.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality service and cost efficiency.
• Develop and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related escalations and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, including people management.
• Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, applications, and information security.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise systems, advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of information security standards, frameworks, and regulations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
