Infrastructure Specialist – SCCM & Intune

We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist with extensive hands-on experience in SCCM and Intune to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge in endpoint management, Microsoft infrastructure, and hybrid environments that include large-scale data centers and cloud-based assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily management and maintenance of workstations within LAN environments using SCCM
• Management and support of internet-based endpoints using Microsoft Intune
• Administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory (AD) and DNS
• Supporting and operating Windows Server infrastructure with a strong focus on OS-level troubleshooting
• Working in a hybrid environment (on-premises and cloud), including Azure cloud technologies
• Operating and supporting VMware Horizon environments – including VDI troubleshooting (advantage)
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell (advantage)
• Deploying and maintaining physical servers (blades and rack-mounted) – advantage
• Setting up server hardware and network configurations within server chassis
• Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure high system availability and performance

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience with SCCM and Intune – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of MDM, SCCM, Intune, AD, and DNS – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure – mandatory
• Experience working in complex hybrid environments with both on-prem and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with VMware Horizon – advantage
• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure and operating systems
• Experience with server hardware, including setup and troubleshooting – advantage
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of English – both spoken and written
• Fast learner with strong self-learning capabilities
• Academic degree – advantage, preferably in Information Systems or related fields
