Co-Founder

We're building something transformative in healthcare at CareSphere, and I'm looking for an exceptional Technical Co-Founder / Chief Data Scientist to join me on this journey.

CareSphere is creating a real-time hospital intelligence platform, starting with cardiac care. Our first product aims to detect early signs of cardiac deterioration, significantly reducing avoidable hospital readmissions in the critical 10-day window post-discharge. We're collaborating with clinical partners, have secured access to high-quality EHR data streams, and are actively raising our pre-seed round.

Your role will involve:

• Architecting the full ML stack, from ingesting complex EHR and time-series data to deploying interpretable models clinicians trust.
• Co-leading product strategy and go-to-market efforts, working directly with investors, hospital executives, and regulators.
• Helping define our data culture and leading the first technical hires after funding.

If you're someone with:

• 3–5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models, particularly with tabular and time-series data.
• Solid skills in full-stack or MLOps, capable of bringing an MVP to life.
• A genuine enthusiasm to step in as a partner-level co-founder, with meaningful equity and shared responsibilities in creating impactful healthcare solutions.
