We're Hiring: Python & React Team Leader!

Are you a driven, passionate, and hands-on leader who's ready for a real challenge?

We’re looking for a Python & React Hands-on Team Leader to guide a talented, hybrid team of developers — local and remote — and help us build cutting-edge, scalable applications for both cloud and on-premises environments.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a hybrid team of developers
• Stay hands-on with architecture, coding, and complex problem-solving
• Drive the design and deployment of microservices-based solutions
• Manage Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with UX, Product, DevOps, and QA teams across multiple locations
• Foster innovation, excellence, and a true team spirit — across time zones!

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with Python and React
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience managing hybrid (onsite + remote) teams
• Strong experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask, and Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js
• Deep knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD
• A true team builder — someone who can motivate, innovate, and lead with passion
• Someone who’s driven, dedicated, and excited to take on a challenge
