Cyber Administrator

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Cybersecurity Administrator to join our growing Information Security & Cyber Defense team. This role is pivotal in managing daily operations, ensuring security compliance, and serving as a key point of contact for all security-related requests across the organization.

🔐 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary POC for cybersecurity and information security – supporting end-users and system owners throughout the organization.
• Handle routine security requests including: URL access permissions, phishing investigations, email release handling, software approvals, and more.
• Conduct daily investigation and triage of alerts from security tools (EDR, DLP, etc.), identifying suspicious endpoint or user behavior.
• Manage a cross-organizational Risk Reduction program, collaborating with IT infrastructure and technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and enforce architectural and application-level security configurations, issuing technical remediation guidelines as needed.
• Drive implementation of security hardening recommendations across infrastructure layers – including cloud environments, Active Directory, and firewalls.
• Generate and analyze monthly security KPIs and metrics.
• Own and manage Policy to Exception processes across all cybersecurity tools.

🎓 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large-scale enterprise or IT services company.
• Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity tools such as DLP, Firewalls, Microsoft Defender, XDR solutions – strong advantage.
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and security architecture – networks, servers, cloud, endpoints.
• Experience with security incident investigation, including phishing, DLP violations, exception handling, and related analysis.
• Ability to write and communicate technical documentation, guidelines, and architecture recommendations to technical teams.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure – advantage.
• High-level English – both written and verbal.
