The Operations and Strategy Analyst will serve as a pivotal member of the CEO’s office, providing strategic support through high-impact presentations, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration. This role combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to inform executive decision-making and advance company priorities.
What will your job look like?
CEO Presentation Development
- Design, prepare, and refine compelling presentations for internal and external audiences (board meetings, investor updates, industry conferences).
- Synthesize complex data into clear, visually engaging narratives using tools like PowerPoint, XLS, ThinkCell and GenAI tools
- Collaborate with multiple teams (Delivery, Marketing, Sales, Technology, HR) to gather insights and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to meet urgent deadlines with precision.
- Customer Analysis: Track customer behavior, segmentation, and satisfaction trends; identify risks/opportunities.
- Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitors’ strategies, product launches, financial performance, and market positioning.
- Macro and industry Trends: Analyze regulatory changes, economic indicators, and geopolitical events impacting the business.
- Deliver actionable insights through real-time updates.
- Support high-priority projects
- Prepare briefing documents and executive summaries for leadership meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO’s office and departments to drive alignment on key initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in strategy, Technology, consulting, or business analysis, with exposure to executive-level reporting
- Skills:
- Mastery of presentation tools
- Excel proficiency is a plus
- Strong analytical, research, and storytelling abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- English – Fluent (native speaker preferred)
- Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure. Discretion in handling confidential information
- Work closely with the CEO’s office on high-visibility, high-impact strategic projects.
