We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support and lead administrative processes related to large-scale bids and sales operations. You'll work closely with multiple departments, ensuring smooth execution and accurate documentation across all phases of the process.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support and lead end-to-end tender processes – from kickoff to submission and post-win follow-up
- Own all administrative deliverables within the bid process
- Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Track tasks, timelines, and responsibilities across internal teams
- Ensure quality control of documents and deliverables in large projects
- Assist sales reps with managing opportunities and orders in internal systems
- Implement and optimize operational workflows within the sales division
- Collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a dynamic administrative role – must
- Experience working with multiple interfaces – must
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High service orientation, team player, with positive energy
- Reliability, flexibility, and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) – must
- Bachelor's degree – advantage
- Full-time availability with flexibility for occasional overtime – must
- Position is on-site (not hybrid)
