Sales Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support and lead administrative processes related to large-scale bids and sales operations. You'll work closely with multiple departments, ensuring smooth execution and accurate documentation across all phases of the process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support and lead end-to-end tender processes – from kickoff to submission and post-win follow-up
• Own all administrative deliverables within the bid process
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Track tasks, timelines, and responsibilities across internal teams
• Ensure quality control of documents and deliverables in large projects
• Assist sales reps with managing opportunities and orders in internal systems
• Implement and optimize operational workflows within the sales division
• Collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) – must
• Bachelor's degree – advantage
• Full-time availability with flexibility for occasional overtime – must
• Position is on-site (not hybrid)
