System validation manager

A large and successful high-tech company that develops 5G cellular IoT chips and computing technology for AI systems, recognized as a global leader in its field.

They are seeking a System Validation Manager to lead and oversee validation processes at their Israel site, ensuring the highest quality and performance of the company’s products.

The office is located in Hod Hasharon, with a hybrid work model including one day of remote work per week. Shuttles are provided from Tel Aviv.

The company employs approximately 350 people.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the System Validation team at the Israel site.
• Develop and execute comprehensive validation strategies and plans for company products.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of global automation testing systems.
• Design, implement, maintain, and execute automation campaigns across diverse setups on a weekly and monthly cadence.
• Analyze and debug test results, documenting findings and reporting issues within data management systems.
• Ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration and validation of new products and features.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Drive efficiency improvements through the application of AI technologies.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance procedures to uphold product excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
• 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in system validation and testing, ideally within IoT or B2B domains.
• Extensive hands-on experience with software and firmware validation processes.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies, including test plan development, bug reporting, troubleshooting, and the use of bug tracking systems.
• Proven track record of managing teams of at least 10 QA engineers.
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent team management skills.
