This groundbreaking solution is a smart sticker that operates battery-free by harvesting RF energy and generates real-time data from physical objects. The sticker integrates into retail, food, and pharmaceutical sectors, enabling operational process analysis, inventory management, and logistical efficiency.

The company has two sites in Israel—one in Caesarea and one in Tel Aviv, both located on train lines. The Tel Aviv site is adjacent to a train station.

The company employs 250 people, including 150 in Israel, and offers a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week. The position is based at the Tel Aviv site, with occasional visits required to Caesarea.

Among the investors are large international companies, and the company has raised $200 million in funding.

Role Overview:

• Reporting to the VP
• Managing a team of 15 employees divided into subteams
• Responsible for managing team leads
• Strong focus on leadership and people management
• Teams work primarily on data streaming, data engineering, Big Data technologies, and ML/AI
• Tech stack includes Java, Scala, Python, and Kotlin
• Experience with Big Data tools such as Spark and Flink
• Working with cloud environments including AWS, GCP, and Azure

Requirements:

• 2 managerial terms/periods of experience
• Managed a team of at least 10 employees (title does not matter)
• Preferred tech stack experience with Java, Scala, Kotlin, or Python
• Experience with Big Data technologies
• Relevant academic degree
