A stealth-mode startup in the chip optimization domain is developing a chip simulator and a groundbreaking solution for decentralized chip verification dramatically accelerating time-to-production. Their technology speeds up the chip verification process by 25x compared to existing market leaders (competing with Cadence and Synopsys).

The company already serves two of the world’s largest chip manufacturers, and their solution operates like a compiler for the chip world requiring deep logic and algorithmic thinking.

Founded in 2023 by two elite tech unit veterans with strong industry ties, the company has raised a significant seed round.

The company is located in Tel Aviv (next to a train line), operates in a hybrid model with one work-from-home day per week, and currently has 10 employees."

About the Role -

• Join a small, high-impact R&D team
• Write low-level software in Rust
• Develop algorithms for chip verification optimization
• Contribute to a cutting-edge chip simulator solution
• Work on performance-critical systems requiring deep algorithmic thinking
• Report directly to the Head of Engineering
• Tech Stack: Rust (primary development language) Focus on algorithm optimization and low-level programming

Requirements-

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages similar to C++ or Rust.
• Capable of writing high-performance code and debug effectively.
• Ability to think out of the box and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong learning skills and independence.
• High-level view of system architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to face challenges head-on.
• Great human relationships and collaboration skills.
