Back End Developer

A startup company in the AI field has developed a video platform that enables employees to create tutorial videos for internal company applications, as part of the organization’s knowledge base.

The product is a browser extension that allows users to record their screens while explaining and performing various actions.

The company’s proprietary system—built on its own technology along with two OpenAI models—analyzes the video and automatically segments it into the individual steps performed by the employee.

Located in Ramat Gan (next to a train and light rail line), the company offers a hybrid model with two work-from-home days. It has around 40 employees, half of whom are in R&D.

Founded in 2020, the company extended its Series A funding round in February 2025 by an additional $15 million, bringing its total funding to $30 million. It already has many customers from the Israeli high-tech sector and has reported a 4x growth in revenue over the past 12 months.

• Join a team of 6 developers
• Report directly to the Team Lead

• Develop and maintain backend systems using modern technologies
• Take part in scaling a product with fast-growing adoption
• Tech Stack: Node.js TypeScript NestJS Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Requirements-

• 5+ years of experience as a backend developer with a focus on designing and building complex server & data architectures.
• Expert knowledge of Node.js and its ecosystem, preferably using NestJS framework.
• Track record of developing scalable, high-performance systems from scratch.
• Proficiency in writing detailed technical designs and documentation.
• Proven experience handling offline, computationally expensive workloads.
