We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our organization's digitization efforts, implementing multiple software solutions. You'll define requirements, engage with suppliers and users, and ensure seamless integration across all platforms. 

Your role involves seeing the big picture, optimizing processes, and leading the implementation and testing of solutions to drive efficiency and innovation. 

Responsibilities:

•       Requirements Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements

for various software implementations .

•       Validation Documentation: Develop and maintain validation documents to ensure software solutions meet

organizational needs and compliance standards.

•       User Assistance Material: Create comprehensive user guides, training materials, and support documentation to

facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.

•       Software Integration: Work with relevant software platforms to ensure seamless integration and functionality

across all the relevant systems.

•       Process Definition: Define and optimize processes across all implemented software to enhance efficiency and

effectiveness.

•       Cross-Department Collaboration: Engage with all departments involved in the digitization programs to ensure

alignment and successful implementation.

•       Technical Expertise: Utilize engineering background and previous experience with software to provide technical

insights and solutions.

Qualifications:

·        Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        Experience: Proven experience in software implementation and digitization projects, preferably with PLM, ERP,

CRM, and MES systems.

·        Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in writing technical documents (advantage - pervious experience writing user manuals).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with software validation and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Previous experience in a similar role within an engineering or technology-driven organization.

·        Knowledge of industry best practices for software implementation and process optimization.
