For employees, the benefits offered are typically generic and not tailored to individual needs.

This platform helps streamline the process by analyzing employer benefit goals and creating a comprehensive budget and allowance model tailored to each employee or segment.

The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv (next to a train line), operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week, and currently employs 22 people.

The company is experiencing significant growth and sits at the intersection of the healthcare and finance sectors. It has raised $11.4 million to date.

About the role

• Join a collaborative and growing R&D team
• Take part in full-stack development (50% client, 50% server)
• Work on a complex platform solving real-world problems in the U.S. healthcare and benefits space
• Develop features end-to-end using modern technologies
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and other Engineering team members
• Contribute to scalability and performance improvements in a cloud-based environment
• Tech Stack: TypeScript Node.js React AWS

Requirements:

• 3 years of hands-on development experience
• Proven experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (Computer Science or a related field)
