AP-AR Bookkeeper

HOLISTO seeks a passionate, seasoned, and experienced AP-AR Bookkeeper specialist who will join our Finance team!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing company financial tasks, such as managing receivables and payables, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and ERP maintenance. You will work closely with the company's Finance team and external auditors.

About the role:

• Manage the Accounts payable cycle for hotel suppliers: Booking billings, payment execution, and account reconciliations.
• Manage the Accounts receivable cycle - issue customer invoices and manage accounts reconciliations.
• Book and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities: prepare trial balances and related sections
• Working in a multi-currency system.
• Assisting with internal and external audits.
• Supporting financial operations and other ad hoc activities as needed to support the company’s growth
  
  

• Level 1 and Level 2 bookkeeping certifications – Must
• 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping within global organizations – Must
• Experience with Priority – Must
• Experience with international banking systems- Must
• Familiarity with Mesh platform- An advantage
• Background in a global high-tech environment- Advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• English at the communication level (written‌ ‌and‌ ‌verbal)
