Project and Operations Manager – Maternity Leave

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a hands-on Project and Operations Manager to join our team for a maternity leave cover with possible extention. This role involves managing cross-functional projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across key areas such as BI/Data Reporting, Web Content and E-Commerce Operations, and Business Localization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution
• Oversee operations of web and e-commerce platforms, including product flows, performance monitoring, and technical integrations.
• Support BI/Data efforts of dashboard development and maintenance, KPI tracking, and reporting requests.
• Lead business-focused localization efforts to support international B2B sales (e.g., billing adaptations, compliance with local laws and requirements, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across product, tech, marketing, legal, and finance.
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners as needed.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and apply strong problem-solving skills to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in project and/or operations management in digital/technical environments.
• Comfortable working across web, data, and operational systems (such as Monday, Tableau, Looker Studio, Woocomarce, Stripe, GA4 etc.).
• Organized and proactive, with a hands-on approach to initiating and driving projects.
• Strong and transparent communicator with experience working across teams and with external partners.
• Able to think critically and solve problems in a dynamic environment with ongoing alignment with stakeholders.
• Can-do attitude, quick to grasp new tools and domains.
