Product Manager - Founding team

One of our clients, a fast-growing and innovative startup in the AI and data infrastructure space, is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in UX design and user-centric product development.

This company is focused on transforming the way organizations interact with their data warehouses by building a cutting-edge, cloud-based SaaS platform that leverages artificial intelligence to solve real challenges faced by data teams.

This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to shape a product from the ground up. You'll define the product vision, set the roadmap, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features that serve enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for a cloud-based B2B SaaS platform in the AI/data infrastructure domain.
• Prioritize and define features that address critical pain points for data engineers and analytics professionals.
• Conduct user research and product discovery to deeply understand user needs and workflows.
• Work closely with engineering on architecture, implementation planning, and technical trade-offs.
• Clearly communicate product vision and priorities across teams and stakeholders.

Must-Haves:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong UX background.
• Proven track record in leading B2B or enterprise software products from ideation to launch.
• Deep user empathy and experience in turning feedback into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Startup mindset—proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Knowledge of data infrastructure, AI/ML tools, or developer platforms.
• Experience with design systems and component-based development.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma for prototyping and wireframing.
• Background in UX design or formal training in usability principles.
