CRM365 Systems Analyst

We're hiring a Dynamics 365 CRM Systems Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and lead the design of complex, cross-functional solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role involving business analysis, functional specifications, system integrations, and collaboration with development and QA teams.

Job Description:

• Writing complex specification documents, including functional aspects, system integrations, and ERD diagrams.
• Analyzing requirements from stakeholders, investigating the current state, diving into details, and identifying needs and gaps.
• Managing work interfaces with relevant project stakeholders, with the ability to drive and guide them professionally, including direct communication with development teams and supporting the testing process.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience writing specification documents for the Dynamics 365 system (High Level & Detailed Design)
• Experience writing complex specifications in a multi-process environment
• Ability to work independently as part of a team, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation
• Experience in a long-term savings or financial organization – an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 implementation – an advantage
• Relevant academic degree / Systems Analysis course – an advantage
