Program Manager - temporary position (1 year)

About the Business Unit:

Ceva is at the forefront of developing next-generation cellular communication systems. We are building the next generation communication infrastructure

of 5G modems for User Equipment (UE) and base stations. Among other applications, we are also focusing on space and satellite infrastructure.

About the Role:

MBBU Program Manager is responsible for leading project release cycle from initiation, through execution till delivery.

As part of your role, you will lead the release planning process as well as the creation of an aggregated plan including milestones, scope and

dependencies. You will coordinate between the different development groups, customer support, architecture and more. Manage project risks, change

request processes and continuance improvement.

Responsibilities:

Monitor project life cycle from initiation till delivery, including - Scope, resources, schedule.

Mange project meetings and status reports.

Improve decision making, effectiveness and sync between the different groups.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Program manager, Project manager or equivalent at a global software / semiconductor company.
• B.Sc in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and practices
• Ability to work productively on multiple tasks with cross-organization departments
• Team player with excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in spoken and written
• English - a must
  
  

• Experience in working with development management tools – Azure DevOps /Jira/Jenkins.
