Job Description:

Management and leadership of the organizational service systems team, including system analysts, developers, and QA testers.
Partnership in leading and implementing a new cloud-based CRM system, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Full responsibility for the development, maintenance, and operation of the organization’s service systems – including Siebel CRM, Magic-based systems, and other service platforms.
Managing development activities within business and technological projects using Agile methodology.
Ensuring high-quality deliverables while meeting challenging deadlines and SLA targets to maximize system availability.
Managing relationships with business users and external vendors.

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in implementation/development of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 – required.
At least 3 years of managerial experience – required.
Deep understanding of CRM systems and service processes – required.
Proven experience in leading CRM migration projects to cloud-based platforms – required.
Experience in system maintenance, task management for development, QA testing, environment management, issue resolution, etc. – required.
High-level technical and system understanding with the ability to analyze and define business requirements.
Experience with Agile methodology – advantage.
Familiarity with Magic systems and/or Oracle Siebel CRM – advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field – advantage.
