🎯 What’s the Role About?This role is all about generating and qualifying leads for the sales team — with cold calling as your primary channel. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market efforts, responsible for initiating contact with data engineers and data leaders, creating meaningful connections, and setting up opportunities for our Account Executives.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re energetic, confident on the phone, and motivated by engaging with new people every day. You’ll also have opportunities to represent Seemore Data at industry events, where you'll help uncover new prospects and expand our reach in the data ecosystem.
🚀 What You’ll Do• Work Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours, to engage with our primarily U.S.-based clients and prospects.
• Proactively reach out to data engineers and data leaders through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Work closely with Account Executives to build pipeline and support the full sales cycle.
• Travel to industry events and conferences to represent Seemore Data and uncover new prospects.
• Use CRM tools to track outreach, follow-ups, and engagement data.
• Continuously learn about the data ecosystem and the value Seemore brings to customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
🧩 What You Bring✅ 1+ years of experience in a sales development or customer-facing role (preferred, but not required).
✅ Fluent English – both spoken and written.
✅ Excellent communication and active listening skills.
✅ A natural curiosity and excitement about technology, data, and SaaS products.
✅ A goal-oriented mindset – you enjoy meeting targets and seeing your impact.
✅ High energy, self-motivation, and a proactive approach.
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
💡 Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience working with data (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, BI platforms).
