Research Engineer – AI Systems

Job Summary

As a Research Engineer, you’ll tackle our toughest AI challenges — from OCR to entity linking, from parsing unstructured data to building smart context injectors for LLMs. You’ll prototype new capabilities and work closely with the platform team to bring them to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex architectures for data extraction, document parsing, semantic search, etc.
• Evaluate and fine-tune open source or proprietary models for key use cases.
• Explore techniques for combining structured and unstructured input.
• Prototype systems that enhance prompt precision, retrieval, or grounding.
  
  

• 3+ years experience in software engineering or research roles.
• Deep understanding of prompt-based pipelines and LLM APIs.
  
  

• Background in AI/ML, LLMs, or prompt-based apps.
• Built systems involving document intelligence or information extraction.
