About the Role:

A leading company in the laboratory equipment and chemicals sector is looking for a Sales Support Representative (Back Office) to join its sales and customer service team. This role involves providing professional support to customers (pharma, research, startups, academia, etc.) while driving sales growth. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, liaising with international suppliers, tracking deliveries, updating internal systems, and managing reports for internal and external demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and entering customer orders into the system.
• Preparing  price quotes and supporting sales expansion.
• Handling customer inquiries (technical and commercial) via phone and email.
• Monitoring order status and delivery timelines.
• Updating and maintaining information in ERP systems (Priority or SAP experience is a plus).
• Coordinating with suppliers and customers, tracking projects and complex orders.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or academic diploma in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or related) – Mandatory.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel – Mandatory.
• Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking) – Mandatory.
• Prior experience in a similar role – Advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems – Advantage.
• Experience in laboratory equipment and chemicals – Advantage.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and a team player.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
