We’re a boutique swimwear brand with a bold point of view, a strong heritage, and a fresh presence in Tel Aviv. After years of thriving through seasonal retail, we’re now building the next chapter — one rooted in digital-first growth and authentic brand storytelling.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the charge — someone who gets fashion, breathes social media, and knows how to turn online buzz into real business results.

Your mission:

• Own and grow our website performance (UX, content, traffic, and conversions)
• Lead our social media strategy  — content to collabs to creators and influencers management
• Build compelling storylines, visuals, and campaigns that connect our physical pop-up with our digital presence
• Optimize business and marketing KPI's and performance metrics.

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Has 3+ years of experience managing marketing for fashion/lifestyle/DTC brands

✔ Is fluent in social media culture — and knows how to ride a trend without losing brand voice

✔ Understands the interplay between retail and eCommerce, and knows how to turn visitors into followers, and followers into loyal buyers

✔ Sharp eye and taste, strong opinions, and a drive to build something meaningful
