We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to guide and mentor a small multidisciplinary team while actively contributing as a FULLSTACK developer. This hybrid role combines technical leadership with deep involvement in coding, architecture, and deployment. The ideal candidate bridges front-end, back-end, and DevOps tasks—particularly in a modern Azure-based cloud environment.

Note: Team composition is project-based and varies over time. The Tech Lead serves as the unifying technical leader across rotating team members, fostering alignment, ownership, and collaboration through expert guidance and shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor 2–4 developers from multiple disciplines (DevOps, backend, WordPress, Flutter, React, and Angular), ensuring smooth collaboration and high code quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust FULLSTACK features using Node.js (required), with experience in .NET, PHP, or similar technologies.
• Build and optimize modern front-end interfaces using React and Angular.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications to Azure, ensuring scalability and security.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and other teams to deliver complete, high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Node.js development.
• Proficiency in server-side development with Node.js as a primary language, complemented by practical experience in platforms such as .NET (C#), PHP, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in React and Angular, with up-to-date frontend development practices.
• Experience with Azure services like App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with Azure B2C is a plus.
• Effective communicator with a proactive leadership mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.
