We are looking for a responsible, people-oriented, and detail-driven team member to take ownership of customer collections and billing processes. You will work closely with clients to ensure timely payments, issue invoices and receipts, and build strong relationships that support smooth financial operations.

• Manage and monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Issue invoices and receipts in coordination with our finance team
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients
• Track collection processes and ensure accurate documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and payment workflows

• Experience in collections and/or customer account management – a must
• Experience with clients – strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with bookkeeping – an advantage, not mandatory
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital systems and tools
• Experience in the medical industry – not required



• Full-time position
• Hybrid: 1 day per week work from home
• Located in Ceasaria
• Some flexibility in hours
