Dr. Fischer is seeking a talented and driven International Brand Manager to join our Global Marketing Division. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the global growth of our consumer and pharma brands through innovative marketing strategies and international market adaptation.

Job Description:

As an International Brand Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing global marketing strategies for existing and future products. Your role will include:

Leading brand positioning and marketing strategies across multiple international markets.
Adapting global products to meet the needs and preferences of local consumers (packaging, messaging, claims, etc.).
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, regulatory and E-commerce to deliver consistent brand execution.
Managing the development and localization of marketing materials: packaging, digital content, advertising, and PR.
Supporting new product launches and coordinating marketing efforts with local distributors and partners.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in a marketing or branding role, preferably in consumer goods or pharma, with exposure to international markets as an advance.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
MBA – an advantage.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with global teams.
Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

This is a hybrid position based at our headquarters in Bnei Brak, near Givat Shmuel Junction and Road 4.
