We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll not only be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing high-performing paid media campaigns across the different ad platforms. You’ll also be expected to develop a deep understanding of each client’s broader business goals, challenges, and industry landscape as you'll serve as a strategic partner, contributing to broader business goals beyond paid media. This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact, not just marketing results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Design and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C clients across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes—from setup to optimization—ensuring KPIs are met and ROI is maximized.
- Conduct ongoing performance monitoring and campaign optimization focused on the client’s core metrics.
- Implement A/B testing for creative assets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and LPs to drive continuous improvement.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use GA4, GTM, and additional tracking tools to track, measure, and report on key metrics and campaign performance.
- Utilize client’s CRM and marketing tools to suggest improvements in the user journeys and conversion funnels.
- Prepare and deliver insightful performance reports that clearly communicate results, learnings, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Stay on top of digital advertising trends, algorithm updates, and competitive benchmarks to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
Collaboration & Client Relations:
- Work closely with internal marketing, creative, data, and development teams to align digital tactics with overall business outcomes and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, updates, and strategic guidance.
- Translate complex digital metrics into actionable insights that clients can understand and act upon to achieve their business goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data-driven insights.
Optimization & Budget Management:
- Manage client budgets effectively to maximize the impact of paid media campaigns.
- Continuously analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for deeper optimization.
- Identify and address underperforming campaigns to optimize spend and drive better performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns.
- Proven track record in both B2B & B2C digital strategy and execution across multiple geos.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM and other tracking tools.
- Strong skills in A/B testing, audience segmentation, keyword research, and funnel analysis.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into an actionable plan.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing presentations, with the ability to clearly explain complex digital concepts.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Taboola, DV360, etc.
- Experience with campaign feeds and product feed management.
- Working knowledge of different CRMs such as SFDC, HubSpot, Monday, Zoho, etc.
- Hands-on experience with mobile tracking apps such as AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.
