Senior System Engineer

Engineering degree in Electrical, Software, Aeronautics, or Mechanical Engineering

Master’s degree in Systems Engineering – an advantage

Proven experience of at least 3 years as a system engineer of a multidisciplinary system with significant software and hardware components

Proven experience of at least 3 years in engineering development (Electrical Design / Software / Flight Control)

Familiarity with missiles / UAVs / aviation / C4I systems / autonomous vehicles / robotics – significant advantage

Experience working with and operating drones (hands-on) – advantage

Experience in loitering munitions / weapon systems / missiles / warheads – advantage

Experience with communication protocols (RS232, RS422, CAN-BUS, TCP/IP) – advantage

Proven experience in writing scripts using Matlab / Python – advantage

Alumni of UAV units (operation / technical / engineering) from the Air Force / Intelligence Corps / special units – advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills, leadership and process management capabilities, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, proactive mindset, high self-learning ability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
