Operations & Project Manager (Part-Time)

Namfluence is a creator-focused venture house that empowers influencers to become founders and helps brands grow through authentic creator partnerships. We’re looking for a detail-obsessed operator to help us scale our systems and bring our vision to life, including a stealth new product.

🪩 What You'll Do:

• Manage internal workflows (events, programs, templates, onboarding)
• Track timelines and own project dashboards (Notion, Webflow, Typeform)
• Support early testing and rollout of an exciting new platform.
• Coordinate between our creator, product, and brand sides

💻 Requirements:

• Experience in ops/project coordination (agency/startup/creator economy)
• Highly organized with systems (Notion, Airtable, Google Suite)
• Proficiency in social media and digital workflows
• Plus: experience in the U.S. influencer marketing space
